The Vandoren V16 series is designed to capture the tonal qualities and dynamic expression characteristic of vintage jazz mouthpieces.

This metal version has a 1.90mm tip opening, a medium long facing length, a wide chamber that is traditional of vintage mouthpieces. It offers a soft, homogeneous sound and is easy to play. It has a nice balance between warmth and brilliant timbre as well as a nice 24k plating.
